Where is your identity?

Words cannot express how excited and filled I am right now. God has been moving in and through me so much lately. He has given me a peace, a new sense of being, and hope, that I’ve never felt before and I am so grateful. It is my hope that through this new found freedom in Christ, that He helps me to be more transparent on my blog (and youtube videos) so that it may help to encourage others and {continue} encourage me.

For the Lord shall be your confidence, firm, and strong, and shall keep your foot from being caught. Proverbs 3:26

I have been working on some many things from growing my spiritual being, getting my house organized, getting on a good schedule with my kids, building my relationship with my husband, working on my youtube channels, thinking about this blog, and so much more! That sometimes I just I feel defeated when all of those things (and more) is combated by just life! I mean life happens. From losing jobs, mental and physical illnesses, to financial strains, disorganization, time restraints, and so on. And honestly I just couldn’t deal.

But in all of my “not dealing”, I continued to pray and reach out to God. Psalm 34. And He has stirred something in me and reminded me who I am in Him. So I want to remind you, who you are in Christ…

  • You are a new creation in Christ, your old has passed away. 2 Corinthians 5:17
  • You were CHOSEN, a ROYAL priesthood, a HOLY nation. 1 Peter 2:9
  • He called you out of darkness into MARVELOUS light.
  • You are a friend of God. John 15:15
  • You are righteous and holy. Ephesians 4:24
  • By GRACE you have been saved, NOT by your OWN doings. It is a GIFT of God. Ephesians 2:8
  • You were given the spirit of POWER and LOVE and SELF-CONTROL. Not fear. 2 Timothy 1:7
  • There is no condemnation in Christ. Romans 8:1

There are so many more! Find out who you are in Christ and put it everywhere in your house, like your mirrors, refrig, by your bed and so on. Say it out loud everyday! It is so important to speak this out loud so the words can manifest and ward off depression, panic, stress, anxiety, and so on.

I am definitely a work in progress and lots of healing is still on way but today, today I will live on this truth and stand on God’s word. Today I will rejoice in God’s presence, and praise him in this storm. Today I will live for today. And sometimes thats all we can do. Do your best TODAY! Today be your BEST you! And let God worry about tomorrow. Click To Tweet

God Bless,
